Terms and conditions:
Any custom designs produced will remain my intellectual property and may not be used in other forms such as re-selling, marketing as your own creations, pictures used as items on another platform unless stated in a written document approving such methods.
I am not responsible for shipping damage, but if any creation is faulty after received in quality condition I can offer a replacement product of your choosing or refund the purchase price within 20 days of purchase arrival. This is of course void if items are tampered with by you, the customer, before return.
Prices and delivery [shipping] are subject to change at any time but will not affect already purchased items that are confirmed ordered.
If you have made an order that needs cancelling before the item(s) are shipped, please contact me at [email protected] for further assistance. I will not be able nor responsible for cancelled orders if the product is already shipped, in transit, or received.
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it will be returned to my default return address. I will contact you and receive the appropriate information or to be returned within 10 days of contact after the returned parcel arrives.
